Mill Bay – Arts and Crafts/Contemporary

This home was to be built on spec and my client already had a basic design outline in mind. Once again, the lot was an unusual shape and her desire was to maximize the ocean view for the new home but also to protect the views for the homes on either side. I worked with her to refine the design to satisfy effective and modern space planning while maintaining the craftsman feeling that this style of home presents.
